• Cost: $110... free to you, with a transition to work grant

• Hot tips on how to find employment and get the most from your CV

• Coaching on interview questions and how to best answer them

• One on one support

All our courses are run by qualified professionals and ACTS is registered with NZQA as a training provider.

Employment and Life Skills Coaching

We also offer you:

• In work support for 6 months

• Regular employee, employer communication

• Mediation when requested

Hours: Weekly appointments with an experienced facilitator either individually or as part of a small group

Cost: The course is free

Allowance: You may qualify for assistance, contact your case manager

Eligibility: To qualify for this course you must be a registered job seeker and/or in receipt of a benefit from Work and Income

You will have the opportunity to study towards two certificates:

• National Certificate in Computing Level 2

• National Certificate in Employment Skills Level 1

Positions on this course become available regularly so apply now.

Hours: 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday (Wed 9-12)

Cost: The course is free

Allowance: Travel allowance fortnightly

Eligibility: If you are 15-18 you are eligible. if you are 15 you will need an exemption from the Ministry of Education.

Eligibility: Unemployed for 26 weeks or Invalids Benefit, Sickness Benefit, Domestic Purposes Benefit, Community Wage 18 years up.
